Structured to Engage Mature Adults and Easy recipes for the whole family
Our Mental & Physical well-being classes meet twice per month. We incorporate the following activities that help define and engage positive movement and improving mental health. We also have a few added twist that keep people stay interested.
Low to medium intensity aerobics helps with heart and overall health.
Minimal impact weight and resistance training helps with muscle mass and strength which helps to prevent Osteoporosis.
Yoga is a great activity for those with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease. It gives strength, flexibility, and mind-body awareness.
Meditation can be a highly effective means of reducing stress, relieving anxiety, and creating a safe mental space for the person in practice.
Hustle classes are great for leg movement and blood circulation with low impact movements.

Our workshops bring enlightenment to mental & physical health awareness.
