As a member of Grandparents On The Move Incorporated (GOTMO), I agree to abide by the bylaws and conflicts of interest. I understand that I will be a member at my own risk and that the organization, its employees and affiliates, cannot assume any responsibility for any liability for any accident, injury or health problem which may arise from being a member or work I perform for the organization. I agree that all the work I do is on a volunteer basis and I am not eligible to receive any monetary payment or reward. I agree to pay annual membership dues of $100.00 on or before October 1 of each year I am a member.  GOTMO has a strict confidentiality policy and your information will not be shared with anyone, company or organization.
