Grandparents it's time to get up and get moving! We encourage grandparents and kingivers to come Hustle with us. Get those muscles moving and the heart pumping. This low impact workout helps to increase blood circulation, movement and relieve tension. Covid-19 has caused a lot of us to lose touch with in-person socialization which can lead to depression. This fitness class not only provides you with physical gratification, but it also helps to stimulate the mind through social engagement.

Classes offered free to grandparents and caregivers who are caring for children under 17 years of age.  Class sizes are limited so please register today.
