Grandparents On The Move, Inc "My Health is My Wealth" December physical and mental health program.   We have two great wellness classes that are sure to get you up, out and moving.  Yoga & Meditation by Instrutor Trina Campbell owner of Sacred Space Yoga & Reflexology Center.  Hustle Fitness by Instuctor Thomasenia Johnson owner of Two Left Feet.
