GOTMO Welcomes VegMichigan to host our April Nutrition class. Please come our an join us to see live demonstration and yummy samples. Each participant will receive 1 food item to take home with them. We believe that nutrition and balance are key to living a healthy and happy life. We offer education on healthy eating habits and fun meal prep ideas to help you achieve your health goals.
